A journey of self-discovery…
Yoga teaches you how to consciously respond to life experiences with a positive and clear attitude.
Nāda Yoga allows you to embark on an ever deeper journey of self-discovery to strengthen the body, calm the emotions, and focus the mind.
I offer courses for yoga teachers, coaches and professionals who want to train in the vibrational and acoustic teachings of yoga.

Nāda Yoga
Online courses on the Yoga of Vibrations
Nāda Yoga is rooted in ancient Indian philosophies and practices that place great importance on the correct use of deep breathing, deep listening, correct posture, and vocal expression.
This way we train our body and mind to maintain a sense of calm in the midst of life challenges.
The courses are approved by the International Center for Yoga Education and Research at Ananda Ashram in India. I am a professional member of Gitananda Yoga International, Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), through which I offer a Nada Yoga and Therapy module as part of the Approved Professional courses Development (APD) courses.

The Rishiculture Ashtanga (Gitananda) Yoga Paramparai
Rishiculture Ashtanga Gitananda Yoga is a tradition codified by Yogamaharishi Dr. Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj in Pondicherry, South India.
This tradition combines the study of Raja and Tantra Yoga, through the practices of Asana, Kriya, Mudra, Pranayama, Sanskrit, Mantra, Bhajans, Dharana, Dhyana, with the study of Western medicine.
These traditional teachings are taught at ICYER (International Center for Yoga Education and Research) in Pondicherry thanks to the work of Sri Yogacharini, Yogamani Puduvai Kalaimamani Meenakshi Devi Bhavanani, wife and disciple of Swami Gitananda and Yogacharya Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, son and disciple of Swami Gitananda (www.icyer.com).
Namaste, I am Yogacharini Sangeeta
And here is why I am ready to guide you on this journey…
Over thirty years ago, I began my interdisciplinary research on the healing powers of the voice, which led me to travel to various parts of the world, to earn a Ph.D. in Performance Studies at New York University, and to travel to in India where, over ten years ago, I began the study of Nada Yoga.
My method reflects a personal and professional journey that weaves tradition and innovation. In my yoga classes and individual Soul Sound Journey sessions, I bring ancient teachings together with accessible, contemporary and inclusive practices of creative expression.
I use Nada Yoga, Astrology and Voice Coaching practices to allow people to transform and renew themselves.
Testimonials
The Universe is pure vibration, and rarely do you find a human being who can manifest it though them in a seamless, pure manner.
My dear Yogacharini Sangeeta is one of the few rare beings who has connected to the “Source” in a truly beautiful manner.
Her life is her teaching and she enables those who come in contact with her to experience the pure universal vibration in its highest essence.
When we become one with the universal vibration, health, happiness and prosperity will always manifest in abundance.
I bless Sangeeta on her efforts to share and enable others to be the best version of themselves.
Hari Om Tat Sat Om
We have collaborated with Sangeeta for several years. She has been a featured presenter in our 200-hour yoga teacher training in one of her areas of expertise of Nada Yoga. She has also been on faculty at our annual retreat and a collaborator on several workshops, including yoga and astrology. Sangeeta possesses expert knowledge in the yoga of sound, but that is not her greatest attribute. She excels in taking complex, ancient and foreign concepts and bringing them to new audiences in a relatable way, while maintaining the integrity of the practices and teachings. She has a lively spirit that encourages inquiry, authenticity, and collaboration. Students often remark that they thought they were attending a workshop to learn about a particular subject, but the most important thing they took from the class was learning about themselves. In facilitating self-study, Sangeeta brings the tenets of yoga philosophy to life.
Working with coach Sangeeta Laura Biagi has been nothing short of transformational. Finding a well-trained versatile coach who not only listens, but is agile in their programming and delivery is not an easy feat. Laura’s compassionate approach, intuitive understanding, and guidance lead me to make real substantive change without feeling pressure or like there was unattainable homework added to my already busy life. I look forward to more coaching sessions in the future.

FAQ
Is this course suitable for me?
Very often yoga practices are addressed exclusively from a fitness point of view, without taking into consideration that physical well-being is inextricably linked with mental and emotional well-being.
The Nada Yoga courses of the Gitananda tradition are based on listening deeply to the needs of each student. Lessons are simple but profound and allow each participant to progress in a coherent and structured way.
When you join Soul Sound Academy you gain access to courses and to me who, as your teacher, will follow you with care and discipline. This is why in my courses, I intertwine traditional and ancient teachings in multidisciplinary paths, to train our body and our mind in order to remain calm no matter the circumstances.
If you still have doubts about the practice of Nada Yoga, you can request a consultation. It is a fundamental tool to help you understand whether this course is right for you.
Are sessions online or in person?
Because of this extremely delicate period, it is essential for everyone to take care of themselves, on a physical, emotional and mental level. For this reason, courses are conducted online via Zoom, safely and comfortably.
It is important to emphasize that Gitananda Nada Yoga practices are gentle and clear, done in full harmony and awareness.
You are welcome to ask me questions and request clarifications or modifications based on your state of health.
